Operators pay a flat monthly subscription per active vessel — no markup on goods, no float, no fine print.
For operators
The subscription is the only thing an operator pays NERMO — independent of how much you order, how many people use the portal, or how many AI agents you connect.
Invoiced at the start of each calendar month and payable at the end of the month it covers. Add a vessel and you pay a pro-rated charge for the remaining days of the month it is activated in — shown before you confirm; with fewer than ten days left, those days ride your next monthly invoice instead. Opening an account is free — the subscription starts when you add your first vessel and accept its fee.
The Client Portal for your whole team, MCP access for your AI, compliance handling, and your fleet's structured procurement record. No seat fees, no per-order fees.
Decommission a vessel and it stays usable to the end of the period it is invoiced for, then simply stops billing. No lock-in beyond the month already invoiced.
For vendors
There is no membership fee, and quoting costs nothing — win or lose. NERMO earns from you only when an order actually completes.
RFQs, quotes, declines, lost bids — none of it costs anything. The only billable event on NERMO is a completed order.
A disclosed service fee on the net value of completed orders — refunds and credit notes excluded. An order that doesn't fulfil owes nothing.
The goods leg
Clients pay vendors directly at the quoted price. Prefer card? Pay through NERMO pre-funded before the order confirms — with a surcharge that covers the card transaction fee and nothing else. NERMO never fronts money and never sits on anyone's payables.
NERMO does not price your goods. Vendors quote; you see the quote unchanged. There is no spread in the model.
Figures at verification. Exact figures are confirmed during verification, before you commit to anything — ask us for the numbers for your fleet or your port.
